Firstly, I considered that the new resolution could start at any time. Every day is perfect to start a new purpose.
It is common when we begin a new year to make new resolutions. Three weeks later we give them up. But Why?
The worst enemy is between our ears.
The most important thing is the will. To Acquire any difficult habit we need to make an effort and to make an effort is sometimes very hard sometimes. It is necessary to leave our comfort zone.
Also it is very hard maintaining the pace and turning the resolution in a habit and reality.
Achieving a goal requires you to take determined action to became true and persistent.
We manage goals with practice, repetition and training. In conclusion I am going to refer a quote I heard some time ago: Training is unfairly painful.
